I received an email asking us to update our credit card a couple weeks ago, which I did. This morning I come in to email that is not working company wide. I NEED THIS FIXED NOW! I have put in a completely different credit card (both were working fine by the way) and it say it will take 24 hours to update? That's what is said last time, and clearly there is still a problem. I can't have this, we need email back right away!
It started working after I posted this message. You can disregard, Thank you for your response. I am still concerned that there is a billing issue since I've updated the card info twice and still received messages telling me to update the card info.
