Order Notifications: No longer receiving email notices

Up until mid-November, we were receiving BigC order notifications at one of our Homestead e-mail addresses. Suddenly, this stopped. No changes have been made to our store setup. We successfully tested the ability of the email address to receive regular messages. It is working just fine. I wonder how we could get the order notifications to continue.

Have you recently updated the password for that email? If so, please update that information with the custom SMTP setup in your BigCommerce account.
