Anyone think that Homestead is going out of business? Massive software glitches? Impossible to point your domains somewhere else? Ridiculous c/s wait times and getting longer all the time? These guys used to rock but lately all the signs are that the are not in Kansas anymore?

If you're not going out of business, why end help tickets? Why end all contact with customers at 5:30 p.m. Pacific time? Why stop posting system status updates more than a month ago? Why have all contact with customers be via message boards. All Apple Mail is down systemwide right now (since this afternoon - 1 p.m. Pacific, and it's now 6:30 p.m.). Homestead headquarters are dark and phones unanswered. This is no longer a reliable option for my business hosting. I too believe you are going out of business, but you don't know it yet.

I am a long, LONG time customer, web-designer for small businesses, and I am so sad to see that I agree with you. I so do NOT WANT Homestead to go out of business....because I don't know where I'd go instead. After nearly ten years, I have built more than 50 websites here......some really beautiful and functional ones. Please tell me they can step up to the plate!?

I agree with Julie3390 you guys used to ROCK!!!! But now there are so many glitches in your design software. Back space deletes entire pages not just one letter plus others. Customer service takes forever, I could go on but the list is becoming endless. I hope you guys pull through but I am afraid that I must start looking at viable alternatives as like many I rely on the sites for my businesses to survive.
