Once again I am having the Sync files error with sitebuilder. I am getting yelled at by customers because my website not current!!

Everytime I log into Sitebuilder it gives me the sync files message. Drew cleared it up for me a couple days ago but it only let me edit one time before I have the same problem again. I really need to keep my website updated and it is really becoming a problem.

Hello lpitts1969, it looks like the hotfix that was implemented yesterday looks promising, you should be able to get loaded into your Sitebuilder, but please let me know if the message does come back up.

This is B.S.! I am having the same synchronizing problem. At least half the time, when I try to update my site, it wants to synchronize starting with files from 2003. At times, I just have to close my browser and sitebuilder plus will allow me to go forward. I have also had to reboot my computer just to get into sitebuilder plus. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO REBOOT MY COMPUTER EVERYTIME I NEED TO UPDATE THE WEBSITE! Why is this happening? The site also tells me that things have changed since I last saved when I know no one has been updating the site but me. Homestead needs to get it together or we will be looking to migrate.

Hi Scott, I'm sorry this sync problem has been such a pain, I know our engineers have been working to get it fixed. It looks like I was able to get inside of your builder, could you try for me?

I have been able to get into the sitebuilder and update my website today. Hopefully, this will be a permanent fix as I've had this problem intermittently for some time.

I am having the same problem with both of my sites.  I was able to have it cleared earlier with someone from homestead support, but when I went to go back in to work on my site, there it was again.  Synchronize File...UGH  I have work to do!!

When was the last time you logged in. This problem should not be recurring if you cleared it after  Monday night. Also, there is a check box on the sync message to apply the choice to all files.
