For the last few days including today (Oct 12, 2019) I am having a difficult time doing any number of things with Sitebuilder Plus: signing in, loading software, loading page, saving page, publishing page, well you get the idea. Sometimes everything works flawlessly for 5 minutes and then everything goes wrong. I shut down - start again and ... well, it's a frustrating thing. I get the "oops message" a lot. error code: OxO8. In the old days of Homestead (i've been with them since 1999) I could edit dozens of pages - save & publish - in less than 15 minutes. Now I'm lucky I get one page to save and publish correctly without having to go back and fix things.

Hello,

I can definitely clear the cache for the site, to help with the slowness.
Also, what is the speed of your internet? Are you using a wired or wireless connection. I did try to load the builder on my end and, while it wasn't immediately, it only took about 15 seconds to load in total.
This program is unfortunately getting older and the website on your account that was most recently edited is a rather large site. That can definitely be a contributing factor to slowness.

Hi Elyzabeth and thanks for replying. I don't know my internet speed. I've had the same amount of pages on that site for years. I'll accept the slowness. Right now my main problem is that I am unable to open one specific page - titled "Dec16" - I get an error message. I am able to view the page in a browser, just can't open to edit in Sitebuilder Plus.

Hello,

I was able to locate the issue with that page. There were some files that were corrupt which was preventing you from being able to edit that page. I was able to edit the xml file and remove the corruption so you will now be able to access and edit the page without any issues. Unfortunately with the corruption there may have been some content that was not able to be saved and you may need to read build any content that may be missing.
