As of today I notice that once a draft email has been sent it disappears from
my drafts folder. Until today those emails remained in the drafts folder. Is there a way
for me to go back to that setting? I find myself sending the same email again and again to
different clients, and it was great that I never had to compose a new one.

Hi Nora, 

There was a recent change in the system regarding the way drafts were handled. Unfortunately it no longer saves them.  If it's the same email, you may want to just go into the Sent folder, and forward the email. (you'll have to manually remove the previous sender, recipient and time stamp)
