Not receiving emails on the new system

I was converted to the new system today and I am able to send emails to my other email account and I'm receiving them but if I reply back I am not getting the email. I have not received any emails since converting. Is this something that might take a while to go through? I had this same problem when switching from zimbra to homestead.

Hi chuck 0031,

I have looked into your issue and I found that your domain name's DNS settings did not update properly, when your account was migrated to the new email system. I have reset the DNS for the domain name, so your email should begin to function properly in 20-30 minutes.
