Not receiving any incoming email

After dealing with all the email problems a few weeks back, I can't believe this, but I'm not receiving any incoming e-mails. I haven't received any new emails since early this morning, so I sent test messages from my two personal accounts. Nothing is coming through! I'm also not receiving any error messages in response to the test emails I sent, which means my clients don't know I haven't received their emails and I don't know they sent them! So frustrating!

I quit using Outlook a week ago just to eliminate potential problems and I'm checking my mail directly through the Homestead website (Zimbra). Another huge inconvenience!

Between this and the last huge wave of problems, I cannot even begin to estimate the amount of business I've lost. I'm leaving Homestead as soon as I get my new website designed, but that does not absolve you of the responsibility for getting this fixed!

Hi nicole5555, We are very sorry for the issue you are having with your email. This morning a problem at the domain hosting company (Tucows) surfaced which is affecting some of the Homestead domain names. There is a update on our community here:
