Not receiving ANY emails!!

I am not receiving any emails. I've logged in using Chrome, Firefox, etc. My emails are not coming through and I have clients who are extremely upset! When are all these issues going to be fixed. I have had this problem off and on for months and I am about ready to move my website and email elsewhere....

I'm not recieving emails.
I recieve this error code.
The error that the other server returned was:
554 5.7.1 : Recipient address rejected: Policy Rejection- Sender address quota exceeded: Throttled (Error code ERR-3375-T) Please refer to http://support.homestead.com/mail-blo... for more information.
We don't have a quota to exceed. Can you please let me know what is going on?

The problem is that your mailbox is full. You will need to make some space. You have about 5MB in the trash, so emptying that will give you a start. You also have 40MB in sent items. You might be able to clean that too, I don't know.

If you have to save everything, I would suggest that you try using a program like Outlook to archive them to a single computer. You would have access to them from that device, but you could empty the server.

If you need access to them from wherever you are at the time, then we can create an archive box for you and move all the mail to the new box. We do charge for this service, but you would be able to access the email from anywhere and we would continue to back the mailbox up nightly.

This is the same issue we were having Friday for a period of time.

We are also having problems. It isn't just a few emails. We sure have some upset customers, as well as ourselves!!!!!

No, it's not working... this still broken. I can't receive emails NOR can I send any emails. I'm logging in directly through Zimbra. It says it sent but nothing is received by my customers nor when I try to email my external accounts. Hope this is fixed soon!!

Same problem here! I seem to be receiving some email, but not all. Email from Gmail is refused. Can't send either.

I keep having delays with my email. I haven't received anything for the last 3 hours and I know people have tried to send because they've started calling me. I also experienced delays over the weekend. Hoping my mail comes through soon.

Now not only can I not send mail, I can not receive. People trying to send to me are receiving the following notice:

So they know there are MANY of us having this problem and they are just going to ignore it and hope it all goes away?? I mean really, we are all businesses here trying to make a living and these Morons we pay every month to "Support" us, just ignore us and won't fix the problem. Do you have fifth graders there working on the problem?? I think my dog could of had this issue fixed sooner.

I go onto the online chat to try to find out what is going on, and all representatives are busy. I am sure that when I do get someone to respond it will be someone in India who is very polite but can't help me. They will say "Our advance team is working on this and will get it back as soon as possibly" or some other such canned response. Meanwhile, my clients can't reach me.

I guess I can only blame my self for not moving my business elsewhere after the 50th time this has happened. Thanks for being the worst company to host websites and causing stress for all of us once again. Communication is key to business and you guys suck at it! Thanks again...

Random emails coming through. Not sure what they are doing on the other end with their servers / spam filters but I hope they fix it very soon. Impossible to conduct business this way. Very frustrating especially since this is not the first time this has happened.

I am getting every penis enlargement email that is supposed to be filtered out. Why can't I get an email from my wife who is using the same domain addy as I am.

How about some feedback on this. My bill is due soon, it might be time to find another host.
