Not receive emails in outlook 2010.

I can send emails but am not receiving any. I have checked and double checked all of the imap settings. I have tried homesteads new settings and still no luck.
Pulling my hair out! Please help!

You have not been migrated, so you should not be using the new settings. Please log in to your email at http://mail.homesteadmail.com.

In the top right corner you should see your name. Under that is a colored line. If the line is red, then your box is full. If it is not red, try sending and receiving through the web mail.
