Not able to create a new email address on new domain?

I have a new domain and am unable to add any email addresses, even though it says I have 3 available. I just have a yellow bar and exclamation point. When I try to add a mailbox, it simply refreshes the page. Hoping this is just an error. It's for shamrockpop.com. Thanks!
