We are not receiving seed list marketing emails that are being sent via 3rd party provider. According to our marketing email provider, these emails are getting to your servers, but they are not getting delivered to the end user, not even in a promotional or spam folder. I have also checked via Roundcube (https://emailmg.homestead.com/roundcube/?_task=mail&_mbox=INBOX) and they aren’t there either. 2 days ago, I did receive a test email (text only), however did not receive the test email that had images in it.

We have also experienced problems sending to each other. They just don't get delivered in our inbox.

Can you explain what a seed list is? If it is what it sounds like, that may be your problem. Can you tell me what email address this 3rd party would be sending from? I can take a look and see if our servers have logged them and what happened.
The "seed" list is just our email addresses that we send test emails too prior to sending to our customers. The email address the 3rd party is sending from is stylist@email-betsyboos.com. Thanks

You may also want to read this article for some good ways to try to avoid having your email look like spam.

Here is a response I got from our marketing email provider:
We're not seeing any spam traps for email-betsyboos.com over the last 30 days. Unfortunately we don’t get spamtrap data for other IP’s/domains. I would ask homestead if they could share any data with you so that you can narrow down where the emails are being sent from (maybe an individual at betsyboos? HR? Sales?) Anything that would help identify the culprit.

Can you please provide me with some additional details?

I will see if I can get this information. The spam filter is a service and not under Homestead control, so I need to request the information from them.
Any update here?

I heard back earlier and hadn't had a chance to post yet. The policy of the spam service is not to provide this type of information as it could potentially aid spammers in circumventing the filter. This was the response I received.
The whole point of spam traps is that they're not real mailboxes, so they won't report back to the sender when they're hit.  These addresses have been scraped from web sites, bought as a list or guessed at, so they should delete any addresses they didn't get an actual double opt-in for. There is no more information to pass on.
