Not Receiving New Mail - Please Help

My email reached maximum and I emptied trash bin. Since then I have not received any new emails for the past 2 days. I have emptied cookies, cache and sent a test email to my self with no success. Please help. Thank you!

What email address is the problem? If you send to your email, is there a bounce back message?

Thank you for your response Drew.I have not received nor been able to send out an email since Tuesday but when I send one it doesn't go anywhere, this is instead what it states.

Drew N., is there a work arond for this issue?  What are we supposed to do about our e-mail being shown at capacity and we are not able to send or receive messages?  Please help!!

I am having this same issue with my e-mail, too!  I have not been able to receive e-mail since Wednesday of this week.  I have reduced the number of e-mail messages and it is still showing as 100% and I have not received any e-mails.  Please help!!

It seems my comments regarding the same issue are no longer viewable. My email was not even close to being at 100% full and it suddenly stated no disk space left (no new emails had arrived from the previous hour when I was at 94%). Email went from operating perfectly to sending nothing out after hours spent on carefully deleting emails. Although now at 81%, it still states that maximum number of emails have been reached. Clearly there is something very wrong going on.

Hi I am having the same issue of not receiving emails since last Tuesday.  I've been expecting an important email all week, so I'm very frustrated to learn that my email isn't working and customer service is closed.  I don't see an indication that I'm at any maximum, and i don't think its an issue with my laptop.  Please assist!  If there were instructions on how to correct this issue posted on this community board, I'm not seeing them.  Thanks so much

Okay I just revisted this and even though I'm not gettting a notification stating that my email is full, I see a "100%" at the bottom of the screen, and sure enough it means that I'm at capacity.  I've been able to delete enough emails (page by page... is there a faster way?) to get down to 86% and I sent myself a test email which went through.  My question is, where are the emails that I've missed since Tuesday?  These are not loading even after i have rebooted.  I hope that these aren't lost forever.  Please help.

I have deleted my emails and trash and still nothing. No new emails since last week. I am hoping we get a response soon and a resolution. In the meantime may God bless you all with His perfect Peace.

I am having the same problem. I spent 30 minutes deleting emails and am still at 100%. This never happened before. Please help.

Still dealing with same disk space inflation issue here as well. At one point my disk space jumped from 81% to 95% in a matter of a minute after 3 hours of deletions. It's clear there's a problem as lots of us are experiencing the same frustrations, and these are our business/work emails. I have had posts/comments deleted with regard to this situation and would truly appreciate someone looking into this instead. Please help.

I called and was able to put in a help ticket and they said my email would be working within 24-48 hours

Hello Evangelist Anita

I just looked at your account, and see that you added a storage upgrade to your account last year that is no longer applied to that mailbox. I am going to re-apply the 10GB storage capacity to that email address, which should resolve your issue with the email. I am not sure what caused the storage to un-associate from that mailbox. We will look to see if it was anything done on our end. Your emails should be working again within 20 minutes. Please test this and confirm that you can receive new emails.
