Hello, My email has still not received email since Jan.2014. We had a conversation on a different thread 2 months ago and it has not been fixed! It appears to be on the new server and I am not over my quota. I really need personal assistance for this business email .

How is it you try to check your mail?  I logged in and see messages all throughout the year in your inbox.  They are all marked read as well.  I sent a test message and it arrived immediately.
