I set up an email account on Saturday. I was unable to receive emails. Senders get a message saying message undeliverable.

Today, Tuesday, still unable to receive emails...

It looks like you have your domain pointing to an email server elsewhere. Did you want to point your email records to Homestead?

Hi Todd, my domain is linked to a vistaprint website but I just created the email account so it shouldn't point elsewhere.  I suppose point to Homestead, please?

OK, actually I just talked to Vistaprint, and I will be able to create that address there. so no need to do anything, except perhaps deleting that address at Homestead. Many thanks,

No problem at all, this will not affect your billing on Homestead. If in the future you want to host your email with Homestead, let us know and we can provide you the email records then.
