I set up a new email address this morning. Got the Your New Mailbox is Ready to Go! email right away but am not receiving any other emails. I have sent an email to my personal email and replied to that, have not received that email in Roundcube either. Need help to get the email working please

Hello,

I seen the email DNS settings were a bit outdated. I have gotten these updated and sent a test message and replied to it also, both actions were successful. The email box is now functioning properly, you are all set.
