My email is now about 94% full as I had to delete a significant number of emails that suddenly increased on Friday Feb 22. Since Friday I have not received any emails to my roundcube webmail account.

Happened here as well. Not only have numerous Homestead clients complained of the same issue fruitlessly, but I have also had posts deleted by the moderator in regards to this problem. Multiple customers have complained and nothing has been done about it. Sudden inflation of disc space happened to me as well. I spent hours deleting emails with the disc space down to 81% and still emails were not going out. It seems some new parameters have been applied or there is a huge glitch causing the issue and it still has not been addressed.

Mine was 100% full without any notice.  It was actually far from full but with enormous frustration and loss of business, I cleaned it all out and the very next day, went into litigation with a municipal legal battle without evidence.  All gone!  I called for support about not receiving emails (customers informed me they were kicking back) and while on hold, saw the 100% full.  When support answered, I said it was resolved but had other questions which were very satisfied.  Why don't big businesses have the problems that we do?  (Big meaning banks, etc.) are we less important?

Hello Richard,

Just to make sure I am understanding, your email was showing as full, so you deleted all content and it was still showing as full/you were not receiving new mail? If not, could you please clarify what happened and with which email?

Hello Frank,

I can see that you called to add additional storage for your email. You should be getting new emails at this point. Please let me know if you still cannot receive email.
