I just did a test submition but never received the test email also used my text to email service and not receiving text... I've not received any emails today... That's troubling to me cause Friday is normally our busier day of the week

The email address is the info one? It is full. You will need to log in to webmail and remove some mail, or we can double the space by upgrading the box to a Suite. A Suite adds $3/month to the account.
