I set up an email but am not receiving any emails at all.  No bounceback emails either.  When sending from the account, it works just fine.

Hello,

It looks like you have removed all A records relating to email in the process of pointing your website. This would definitely prevent the email from working. Those A records will need to be re-added. I will do this for you.

We have the same issue with our email account. How do we resolve this? Emails send, but are not being received, and there is no bounce message.

Hello Jason,

I cannot see your DNS on my end since you are using Cloudflare. I did try to use a tool to pull up your MX records and couldn't see anything. I would recommend calling so one of our agents can walk through the Cloudflare account with you and fix your MX records.

I believe the change to Cloudfare was at the direction of Homestead several months ago. Was that not the communication sent to users? Why would this email issue not have been communicated at the same time?

The change to Cloudflare is the way to get Sitebuilder Plus sites secure. There is no "email issue" that needed to be communicated to customers, because this is not a Homestead-wide issue. Some customers might have outdated records if nothing has been changed on the domain in a long time. If your MX records weren't correct before you switched to Cloudflare, then they wouldn't be correct after. The only difference is, I do not have access to go into your Cloudflare account to fix the DNS. So, you'll need to call so that someone can assist you in walking through your Cloudflare account to resolve it.

I am also experiencing the same problem as the two previous posters; my email inbox will send just fine, but cannot receive.

Hello,

Your DNS also needed to be updated. I have made this change, please wait 24 hours and test your email.
