I am not getting emails - is there an issue? And I have already checked my inbox and it is at like 1%...

I see there was a possible spam flag on one of your domains. I was able to clear it, so let me know if you still see a problem.

it seems to have cleared it up - thank you.
Was it our domain or just an email address that got flagged?

It was the domain name, so that could affect email to and from all email addresses at the domain.

was it sometime yesterday?  I am trying to track down where, when and how it got flagged.
Can you supply any info on that?

I can't see when it happened. The spam service does not always give specifics as it can potentially be used by actual spammers to get around the filters. Unfortunately, sometimes legitimate mail does get flagged. I was able to enter your domain in the online tool and see it flagged. I was able to submit it for an automated clear and succeeded. This is the fastest method to clear the flag. I can request more detail when submitting, but then it needs to be reviewed and takes longer. I can tell you that the primary reason for getting flagged is that people that receive your mail have  marked you as spam in their email program. When enough people do this over time it can cause the flag.

I do see that it looks like your mail may have been compromised a few months ago. That could have caused a bunch of it and maybe something recent just tipped the balance.

I'm having the same issue.  I can send e-mails, but am unable to receive e-mails.  How does one go about fixing this?

Denise1011, your DNS records pertaining to email were off. I have fixed them, but it will take some propagation time.

Is there a way I could have found this out on my own and resolved it, or do I have to message on here if this goes down again?

It should not change unless you close the account or change it yourself, but in this case you can compare your DNS records to the records required for Homestead email. If they do not match, then you need to update them.
