When I am trying to upload a file I get the message to wait and then it does not clear.  When I look at the list the file is there.  I put the file on the page, but then it will not publish it.  It looks like it is publishing.  The bar comes up and goes to 100%, but it does not publish.

Same here.  It won't upload anything new.  Just says, "Uploading files, please wait"

I am having the same issues. Uploading files, please wait - The small file still Takes a long time to download - Shows 100% - but then says waiting for homestead and nothing from there. Can't do anything.

Hello,

There have been instances of the files not showing the completion of uploading but they are present if you close it and come back into the editor. It seems to only be affecting the newest update on chrome. If you are still seeing this occur please try again using another browser, either Firefox or edge and this function should work.

I have switched to edge and it is still not working. Extremely frustrated. Been having problems for days. I need to get this fixed or I will need to find another web page design program. Please help!

Hello Holly,

I definitely apologize we are experiencing this. Our team is thoroughly investigating what exactly has changed to cause this bug and we are eager to get this resolved. I would recommend attempt using Firefox for any urgent updates.

Using Chrome.  Same issue yesterday and today.  Import File window.  Uploading files.  Please wait.  I have to reload Homestead Sitebuilder webpage and start from where it left off.  The file being uploaded is actually there.  I have to reload every time I upload a new picture.  Frustrating.  Even if it is Chrome's fault, Homestead must find a work around please.  Thanks.

This issue is actually just in Google Chrome. It started happening after their latest update to the browser. We are already looking into what specifically changed with Chrome during that latest update that would have caused this, so we can make the necessary changes in our system to overcome this. In the meantime, you can use any other browser to upload content.

Some computers come with other builder already installed. You can search on your device for Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer or Edge to see if they are installed. If not present, you can download and install by google searching them and proceeding to download.

Hello,

I can take a look, which page are you not seeing update?

Thanks - I tried it with Explorer based on comments above and it did eventually work - not at first, but after a couple tries. With Firefox it said it was publishing, but then never did publish. However it may be an issue with Firefox - it also didn't read the updated version of my site until I restarted it.

Just loaded latest Microsoft Edge for Windows 10.  Same problem.  Importing File window.  Uploading files.  Please wait.

Happens after 100% loaded, then sitebuilder quick message on bottom, then wait forever.

Does anyone care at Homestead?  Your program is not working.  Both Chrome and Edge.

Hello,

I apologize, Homestead is aware of the issues when using Chrome, however we have not been able to replicate issues with Firefox or Edge. I can definitely get this reported if you are also experiencing issues with Edge. We do have a team looking into what exactly is causing this to get it resolved.

Chrome and Edge with Ad Aware extension both fail after uploading 100%.  Firefox working.  Is Sitebuilder acting like an ad when it is supposed to bring up the next Sitebuilder window with a preview of the picture for cropping purposes?

Hello,

For now Homestead recommends using Firefox while editing the site for the best experience. We are working to get any issues with Chrome investigated and resolved. I will report uses experiencing this issue in Edge also so this can be rectified as well. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Interesting as I was experiencing the same problem with Firefox, and the only thing that worked for me was to use Explorer.

Greg,

I'm glad you got it to work even tough Explorer may not be your preferred choice. Oddly though, I am not sure why you have encountered issues, I was able to upload images and files on your website using Firefox.

Thanks again. Uploading wasn't the problem - that worked fine. The problem was that it would not publish. Anyway all is good for the moment.
