None of my images for my ecommerce store are showing up. Any idea why?

This is a known issue that is being worked on. You may be able to upload the images again

Drew, Adding my 2 cents ... My images have been on the HS sever for years! Now they can't be found? I also have lines overlapping each other. This appears to be an internal problem on the site - nothing I can touch can cause this - Jim T

I called Homestead this morning and chatted with Marzooq at tech. He said the new shopping cart vendor had problems converting all the images, I asked for a timeline and he indicated Homestead would send an email to me when they fixed it. Bottom line, it's Homestead's problem.

Uploading a new image did not change anything! I need to know when this can be fixed or I will have to create a new website with another host, sorry but I have people calling wanting to order but are unable to view the items available to purchase, and I cannot tell them anything.

Yep got the same issue and now going to drop my store with homestead. Going to Opensky.

What is happening when you try to upload a new image? Can you post a couple images along with the corresponding item, so we can take a look. Uploading new images should be the quickest solution.

apparently there was and update and there is a gliche, no eta as when it will get fixed, in the mean time how are my customers going to order product! I've already recieced numorous phone calls from customers, so uploading didn't do a thing. Everything was fine with website store yesterday morning.

Drew, uploading a new image does not work!!!!! It allows me to do it, but it does not change on the actual website. Is anyone working on this to resolve? It does not seem that way or they would know uploading an image does not correct it. Please advise so I can move forward.

I too have tried this!!! I've tried to call numorous times and even did the live chat, I was told this would be sent to the advanced  team specialists last week Wednesday,still no action taken as to resolve this issue, what the heck is the issue and when is it going to get fixed, customers are are in an uproar because they can't view an image assoiciated with product decription or can't even read the description because all text is on top of each other or runs into another word HELP PLEASE!!

Hi Ray, Click the camera and you can just drag images into the provide box or click the select a file from your computer and browse to the images

I was able to upload both images. Can you try with a couple of other products. One of your images was too large. They have to be less than 1MB

Go to the Ecommerce tab and select a product, then go to where the image is listed. Select upload new image and then choose the image from your hard drive. Then save

Ya thats not working. Drew could you please delete my store please. I've opened another one else where. Still want to keep the website for now, just drop the store. Thanks.

You need to upload new image from computer hard drive or wherever your image is stored on computer and not the existing image gallery that was created in the ecommerce area when we first added them to the store, I just went my website and this did the trick hopefully this will help others.
