my time stamp is off 10 -12 hours, customers are calling saying my "contact" links don't work. Its costing thousands of dollars. I see there is no direct phone line for help, that's kind of fly by night. Can I expect any help? I'm reluctant to change email due to all the orders trapped in the system. What should I do?
