I am so frustrated. We rely upon our website and the e-mail services for the large membership based nonprofit. All officials e-mails to to your server, then is forwarded to each person's individual personal e-mail account. No e-mails are being forwarded to anyone. And it does not matter if it is an e-mail blast or an individual e-mail notice, nothing gets forwarded. This has been occurring for 2 weeks.
What is the telephone number to talk to a live person? If this cannot be fixed, we have to abandon this website and create another one where a diffirent e-mail provider is connected to the website.

Same thing for me. Email stopped being forwarded. It seems that gmail will not accept email from homestead accounts.

We received earlier reports from some customers that sent emails are not being delivered to the recipient. We have investigated and fixed the issue.
Unfortunately, many emails were queued during this time, and we expect up to 12 hour delays for those messages to be delivered. Any new messages will be sent immediately, and we expect no email to be lost during this time.

I am still not receiving ANY forwarded emails as of right now.

I am trying to check on the status of the queues now. Are you able to send/receive new messages from mail.homesteadmail.com? Are you able to receive messages sent to your hmail and forwarded to gmail this morning?

E-mail still not forwarding. This is adding hours and hours to my time in notifying members of important nonprofit activities. Therefore, your statement of the problem being fixed is not accurate.

It seems to be working sporadically for me. It will work for a little while then stop again. This is completely unacceptable!

Now, even the content of a message is not appearing in the Homestead e-mail account. Problem worse than before.
Also, e-mail which got through to one person had this message on it:
"content has been blocked, be careful, this site may harm your computer"
What is going on here!?

Are you still experiencing this issue this morning? If so, can you please login to your email at http://mail.homesteadmail.com and see if you can send/receive directly from there. If not, let me know if you receive any bounce back messages, either incoming or outgoing. If so, post them here in their entirety, or if you have privacy issues on the email, I will send you an email from my account and you can send them to me directly.
