no longer receiving emails Round cube took over as off 10/1/2018.2 I never opted in to this how do i break the redirect path

I am no longer receiving emails to any of my devices. the email is redirected to Round cube. how do I stop it

The emails have gone through Roundcube for at least the past year. Roundcube is our Webmail. If you have your email set up to email clients like Outlook or a program on your phone, it pulls from Roundcube to the device you have it set up on. You might have outdated settings that no longer work. Please review the settings in this article and make sure your settings match.
