No longer receiving email confirmations of customer's orders

My customer's orders as of 1/19/17 are no longer sending automatic email confirmations to my email address.  I have always received an automatic email confirmation of each order along with a payment notification from either Paypal or Stripe. 

Does anyone know if a change was made?  It is a glitch?  Are my customer's still receiving an automatic email order confirmation?

I see some messages saying they were delivered from Paypal and Stripe. Did you get them? Can you give me date/time of the order so I can check the logs to see if they arrived?

Of course the day after I posted this my new orders started coming in with the email confirmation. However, it is happening again. I am only receiving the payment email confirmation (all from Stripe right now) and no order confirmation.

I checked with Bigcommerce and they say that email notifications are not set up. Can you log into the store admin and make sure you have your email in there and set to send notifications?

Well if they say they aren’t set up then there is a glitch/problem on their end. I have received them ever since my website was migrated over to them several years ago. I am the only one with access and have never made a change to what was set up by Homestead or them. Now today (after my post above) my orders are generating the email confirmation. Something is going on that they all of a sudden stop for a few days and then start up again. Unless the emails are getting blocked which would be a problem on your end too.

You are able to receive confirmations at this moment now? If this ever comes up again, definitely reach back out and also check the notification settings too.
