No help from HS support for domain transfer

I'm still waiting for a message from tucows about my domain transfer from godaddy - godaddy has confirmed that all is done on their side and ready for the transfer. I even have the authorization code from them. HS support has been no help so far.

Call their 800 number Monday - Friday. They have always been good about helping me. 800-710-1998

Sadly, Homestead do not provide support to most accounts over weekends and holidays. One of the tect guys will be in here Monday morning USA time.
