Built new website, changed site association of existing sitebuilder domain to new site built with New Websitebuilder. Followed instructions for renaming new website by adding one. Published and renamed many times after waiting several hours. It will not let me change file association with existing domain. Says > Paste> Domain can not be associated to the selected site. The selected site already has a domain associated to it. WebsiteBuilder supports only 1 domain association for a site at a time. Please disassociate the existing domain and try again. Also named page index- Is there something else to do?

I have been using Homestead for years , and used all the builders. Have 3 domains and having trouble with littlepearlshop.com This is existing that I just re-built using new Websitebuilder. I deleted old website. new website in manage website drop down window does not show site with cloud in it.

Hello James1440

I can definitely see what is causing this issue. Since you are using Cloudflare to secure your site, we do not control your DNS anymore. Cloudflare does. The old builder and the new builder have two different sets of DNS. You'll need to log into Cloudflare and go under the DNS tab to edit this.

Delete the records that say CNAME and input these records as A records:

1. A Record:   www    Points to:    146.148.102.201

2. A Record:     *         Points to:    146.148.102.201

3. A Record:    @        Points to:    146.148.102.201

Thank You Elyzabeth !

That did the trick. I suspected it might have something to do with cloudflare and that makes sense.
I followed your instructions and it was up right away.

I have another older website that I am working on as well. Will I have a similar problem when I publish it ? Is was originally built with desktop version, then Sitebuilder.

Is there somewhere to get the IP address after it has been published so that I could change it.

Thank you for the help. You are a rock star.

The IP address is the same for any site on the new builder, so just save the information I posted above. I'm glad it is working!
