My site sporadically goes between working and sending an "site can't be found" message from Homestead.com. Why would this be? I recently created a new site and linked it to my existing domain.  I published my new site and then attached my existing domain to the new site.  It works sometimes and others throws a "site can't be found" error.  Very annoying.

Hello,

I do apologize about this. I have tested visiting the website and it came right up. I did see that the SSL was not activated which can sometime cause a security error to appear and the page not show. I have provisioned the SSL certificate for the domain which will allow the site to load secured and hopefully prevent any errors you may have encountered.

Thanks for checking.  Since receiving this comment I too was able to access the site but 30 minutes later I tried again and I receive the "page not found" error message.  I thought maybe this was a cache or DNS issue on my computer but I have tried on computers that have never accessed the site prior.  I recently (two weeks) made a new website and connected that new site to my existing domain...can this have a negative effect?

Do you notice if there is any additional text in the address bar when you get page not found?

The page works with Google most of the time. On Bing search engine is now giving a 404 message and says Oh man, you are totally lost” Hopeful this can be fixed soon. Thanks!

I do apologize, every time I test it, it comes up. Can you get a screen shot when you see the error occur and send it please?

Thank you, this looks like it may be caching on the network or wifi. If the cache does not clear automatically you can try resetting the wifi modem/router or try using a different network. I have tested it on multiple browsers and devices, both computers and phones and they all come up fine.
