New to roundcube and found that sent items folder is not receiving sent emails.

The sent items folder is not receiving emails. Round cube folder says "sent items" OX says "sent objects" wondering if this may be the problem. I have configured the preferences/folders same as our other accounts. Mine is the only one that appears to be not working.

The sent items folder should contain all the messages from the OX sent objects folder. By default Roundcube saves sent messages in the sent folder. Check that setting first.

Sent folder cannot be clicked on as it links to nothing. There is a sent items folder that had all the old sent emails.

Also, in setting folders the sent folder here is shaded and the box not checked. When checking the box the error: SUBSCRIBE Client tried to access non existent namespace ( mailbox name should probably be prefixed with inbox )

The top level folder "sent" is disabled when you have sub folders. If you remove the sub folders you should see the sent messages in there, and the new ones should be put there.

Thank you Drew. That did work and now the sent emails are in sent items folder. Had to name the sent folder to sent items after unchecking the subfolders.
