New Roundcube email for new domain is not receiving emails.

I just set up the email for a newly published domain, www.loadplanlogistics.com.  I accessed the inbox for contact@loadplanlogistics.com through the webmail link on the Homestead homepage but the inbox is blank.  There are no folders (inbox, sent, spam) and the email is not receiving emails that I can see.  I am able to send emails.

It looks like that email encountered an error, so I refreshed the email and it seems to be working. Let me know if you have any other issues.
Thanks! We are getting emails now but there are still no folders other than Inbox.

The folders will appear as you use them. For example, I just sent a test email from your contact@ email and the sent box appeared.

My Inbox only had 33 emails in it as of last night. It seems to have deleted the emails that were in there 10 days ago. About 25 minutes ago, the inbox deleted the emails that were there! I can see sent emails in the sent folder, but I have no emails in the inbox! Does my email just need a refresh?

ugh...on hold now two times each this morning for 21 minutes. that's 42 minutes on hold today! Hopefully this post helps my issue to be solved as I have to move off of the phone now. Thanks!
