I have add a new website to my profile in hopes of creating a mobile website. I'm having difficulty in starting this site and using the same template I used for main website.

Hello,

The new builder will automatically create a mobile site with the same template as what is built in the desktop site. You should only need to make adjustments. What issues are you experiencing?

I don't see the button that i've seen in the turorial that will switch my desktop to a mobile website, is this the plan that is including for $65/month or is there a more economic plan.

You do not need to change your plan to use Website Builder. It shows on my end that you have not selected a template yet. This is the first step. Once you choose a template, it will being you into the builder that has the desktop and mobile options.

I see. You cannot keep your current Sitebuilder Plus desktop site and just build a mobile site in the new editor. You need to rebuild your site in the new editor, and it includes a mobile site unlike Sitebuilder Plus.
