New Host Domain with Homestead, Can't Transfer to New Host

Hello!

I've redirected the domain, but am unable to transfer hosting completely as I don't have access to the verification email. If I cancel hosting with Homestead, will the domain remain active? Will I have to pay dual hosting?

Please advise.

The only way to transfer a domain is to use the email address on the domain. In order to update that email, please contact compliance@homesteadsupport.com to get help with this.

You can just keep the domain hosted with us and point it. If you are only hosting a domain, then we have a package that does that for you for $14.99/year
