New email today and no email received

I purchased and set up a new email address today, admin@nichaholicandgrahics.net
I have been wating for an email and the sender has tried 4x to send and I don't receive anything.
I also noticed no payment has been taken for the new email although I set up the mailbox and everything just fine.

Our system automatically runs charges at the end of the day, so you won't see that until tomorrow. An email box can take up to 4 hours to fully create. Is it working now? If not, which email address is the issue?

I did receive an email saying my mailbox
 is ready to go

The DNS records for that domain are not pointing to us correctly for either email or for a website. Where are your services supposed to be for this domain?

I never thought about it being a problem that my website points to a site on blogger.com
Do I need to change something in my DNS records for the domain for it to work?
