I have concerns regarding the new email platform being implemented in a few days.  Homestead did this a few years ago and for me the result was a disaster.  I went a few weeks with no e-mail inquiries from my website hosted by Homestead.  I get at least 75% of my inquiries from the website.  When a perspective client would send an e-mail inquiry from the website I would never receive it.  The result, they go somewhere else.  Is this going to happen again?  I certainly hope not.  At least this time you are giving us a whole 4 days notice.

I understand your concerns Jo Ann but all we can do is keep fingers crossed. The way I understand it is that its not a completely new mail programme as such but the graphic interface..so al our folders etc should not be affected...But I do accept I may live to regret these words..

There should be nothing to worry about. The change you are referring to was a combination of having to get off of Intuit systems. We lost their spam filter and email service at nearly the same time. We were forced to move huge amounts of data to new servers and implement a less than great spam filter until our new spam service was activated.

In this case, nothing at all is being moved. The only change is a visual interface. No data is being moved, no settings will be change. If you don't use Webmail, you want even notice.

While it is always possible for something strange to occur, it is not expected.
