I just registered a domain with 1&1 IONOS. I want to point that domain address to my website here. I am going through the process but it says something about discontinuing the email address with IONOS which I just got and using the one from Homestead. I don't have one from Homestead and would like to use the one from IONOS. Kindly assist. Thanks.

You can either point your nameservers to Homestead, then point your email DNS back to IONOS (which might cause some downtime) or you can point the DNS for the website to Homestead (which will limit the troubleshooting we are able to do if there are any issues). The nameservers are the preferred method of pointing, but if you need to, you can do the DNS pointing.
