After using the "use a domain you already own" and entered tuckahoemfg.com and then verified that the network solutions account had the right DNS servers as instructed, it didn't work.
Furthermore since I'm using Google Business for emails they don't go through because the domain has no pointer at this point.  What can I do to expedite the domain pointer transfer?

I called network solutions and they verified that the name servers are pointing to ns1.mdnsservice.com, ns2 and ns3 so they are telling me that you are responsible for the fact that the domain is not working.

Which site should this domain be pointing to? You have associated it to a Websitebuilder site. Only 1 domain may point directly to these sites. If it is supposed to bring up the same site as another domain, I can set it up to direct correctly, but I need to know where it should point.

If you want to continue mail service through Google, you will need to update the DNS on your domains tab. You will need to get the required DNS from your Google account and edit the DNS on the Advanced DNS setting link under your domain

I want candm.homesteadcloud.com to open when users go to candmassociates.com and tuckahoemfg.com but if only one can be used please use candmassociates.com
As far as I can see on my account both of these domains are associated with candm.homesteadcloud.com

I have fixed it. To use more than 1 domain we must put the other domain(s) on a different site and redirect that domain to the main domain. It should work once you publish now.

I published.  It does not work. Did you try on your end with ie or chrome?

There is another issue. It looks like the domain has a conflicting record somewhere. I am tracking it down.

Would it be quicker to transfer the domains to homestead? If so what is the cost to transfer two domains?

Stavros7880, While you are welcome to transfer the domains in, the problem would still exist. I am working on it. You have several accounts that are closed. Someone you managed to use the same email address, which causes a conflict. In the database your domain is pointing to a different account. I'll get it fixed up for you.

If you do want to transfer, each domain is $2/month

Says the IP address is 216.40.47.17 but I only see that record under A Names @

I don't understand what you mean about the same email address.  There is none associated with these two domains.  They go through gmail which just looks for the c name record to resolve the IP address and process the email.

Also under advanced DNS lookup using site24x7 show that no dns record has the IP address of 146.148.102.201

Do I have to create email addresses via homestead to the candmassociates.com domain for gmail to work? I found an hmail tutorial for gmail but I'm not sure how to go about the email problem, unless it is automatically resolved when the website issue is resolved.  Sorry for the continuous messages but it's a lot of stress.

I am sorry for the confusion. The problem was in the back end of the database. You had 2 old and closed accounts that were confusing the domain as to where to look because of the email addresses on the account. In any case I have it resolved and both domains bring up the site now.

Now the website is working, have you obtained the needed MX records from your Google account? You can edit those from the Advanced DNS settings on the domain tab.

It says to add mx records: ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM, ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM, ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM, ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM, ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM and for the domain it says for @ to put in IP addresses:
216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
216.239.38.21 under A Names but I don't want to screw things up.  Please advise

Good. That should fix mail. The A records look like they would have pointed your website over to Google. It might take a bit for the mail records to propagate.

Sara0297, I have yours fixed. The domain did not associate to the site correctly. If you change the site association and then change it back, it usually fixes it.
