Use your account settings > Billing and Payments > Edit Payment Method.
I did-8 times-would not accept the corrected expiration date for my card.
I have tried to update my credit card expiration several times. keeps saying to review data again. Tried different cards and all were rejected. Issue with credit card changes that needs to be resolved.
I have the same problem. I am unable to edit my existing card information and I tried this about 6 times. Then I tried another credit card another 5 times. Still the same problem. The problem is not my credit card. The problem is your system.
