NEED HELP! Email accounts not receiving; senders getting "undeliverable" message saying "account does not exist".

Additionally, I was attempting to turn off the "auto response" feature for that email address, and I got an error (Error 702...?).  Now, this account is having this problem. --- I noticed that email account does not show the actual quota limit on the summary screen for the email addresses, and I am wondering if that is part of the problem.

I have moved you to a different server. Can you wait an hour or 2 and see if things are working.

Also then try the responder and see if the error is also resolved.

Our other email addresses seem to be working normally.

That email address is forwarded to itself which creates a loop. Please remove the forward.

I have undone the loop.  When I clicked save, the following error was displayed on the email list screen:

"Email Manager

Current Domain: www.haleinsurancegroup.com (switch to another domain)

You have 0 mailboxes remaining. Purchase more

  Error 702. Oops! There was an issue updating your mailbox. Please try again later or contact customer support.

An error occurred and we were unable to delete the .

I was not attempting to delete anything, so I don't understand.

Also, I know two of the emails' quotas have been upgraded but do not reflect the new space limit on the screen.  (Sharing in case it could have anything to do with this issue.)
