I set up my website with navigational buttons. Each navigational button goes to a simple singular page. I have one "topic" for navigational purposes, but want to create a drop down menu on the navigational button so that users can select a specific area of mission they want to go to without having to browse all mission work in one page. Is it possible to create a drop down navigational menu in one singular navigational button?

Hi Sharon8215 -
I'm sorry for your frustration! I understand the desire for wanting dropdown menus on your navigation menu. Currently, this is not yet available, but please visit this thread to agree with the other users. Our developers are using feedback from this website to prioritize new features. Thanks!

There are also replies from other members in the community who were successful adding HTML to their site to create the dropdown menu.
Thanks!

I understand why you don't have dropdown menus. You want to limit us to what we can do. You would like us to hire your professionals to do this. However, it would be great to offer dropdown menus.

This really should be a feature that is offered even if it is for a small price premium. Messy looking websites are not effective for marketing OR for ease of customer use.

I agree, not having a drop down menu really affects the flow when browsing a web page. The website seem archaic without this feature. Not happy at all.

This would be a very helpful feature with our site as well. We keep adding pages for properties we rent and hence expanding the size of our navigation bar. The navigation bar is starting to get crowded and confusing..it would be much easier to categorize our properties with drop down menus.

Wordpress allows drop down menus i might be going to wordpress if this feature isn't added.

Not offering drop down menus really screams that Homestead is trying to force users to hire their staff when there are so many other functions that legitimately could warrant the additional professional service.
For easy, do-it-yourself dropdown menus, MAY I SUGGEST Wix.com. They also have updated photo gallery choices. We don't want to appear scattered and unorganized, so if Homestead doesn't start to compare with competitors like Wix, we will be switching our name servers to Wix when the contract here is up.

I agree with everyones replies. I've been thinking about moving my website to Wix too. I need drop down menus to keep up with my competition, and not having tech support on the weekends sucks! I update my website on the weekends and if a error code comes up and I cant do nothing about it till monday it messes with my schedule and my business. Anyway I hope to see Homestead make some changes here soon or I'm going to be looking at other options for my website.
