Hello,

If you are looking to link a page but are receiving a 404 error, you may need to edit the page the navigation is linked to. Select the navigation menu, under the links select the display name and click edit link. From clicking browse you can select the correct page. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/how_can_i_edit_a_page_name_and_link_within_my_site_navigation_menu

Got it, thank you. It does appear that there is an issue with this Pay Pal option not working and I was able to produce the same 404 error that you see. I have created a ticket to get this resolved, please allow 24-48 hours for a resolution.

I have investigated further and it shows the current store feature you are using is an extremely older package add on. As of now, it does not look like this feature is an option. I would recommend considering using WebsiteBuilder, the newest builder with a more advanced eCommerce platform available there for the best eCommerce experience Homestead offers. However, I still have created the ticket to confirm this.

Looks like the best thing for me is to drop the website rather than try to recreate it

I know it may sound tedious but it will be the best for you and your customers. You can always build at your own pace and publish when ready. There is no extra cost to recreate it in the new builder and it will provide many benefits. Support is also here throughout the process to make the transition as smooth as possible.

I also know it can be time consuming, if you do not have the time to rebuild and would be interested in us moving the content over we do offer a site replication service. This starts at $150 per every 5 pages and this includes Homestead duplicating the website from Sitebuilder plus into WebsiteBuilder.

Right now I can't get my existing site up without setting new tax rate. So basically I don't have a website.

You can always increase the price of the product and mention this price includes taxes.

Could someone in your tech dept go into script on your end and delete existing shipping  and tax info so that I could use this website until I work on a new one?

Unfortunately, no. We wouldn't have a way of doing that.
