I am attempting to transfer the domain www.crowesbar.com as the owner wants somebody else to take it over .
The new company taking control have asked me to change the nameservers setting to

ns1.rmedia.ie

ns2.rmedia.ie

When I try to do this I am getting this message

One or more of the nameservers you entered cannot be verified as an accurate nameserver. Please double check your entry, and if you have any questions contact the registrar to which you are attempting to direct your domain.

Can you please advise.
Thankyou

Hi there jfd321

So, with Homestead a lot of custom nameservers are unsupported, so we can't accept the .ie nameservers you are trying to update. We would have to recommend pointing via DNS records.

Thank you for getting back to me . I spoke to them and informed them of the situation .
They have come back to me with the following ......

In light of this development we'll need to prioritise the domain transfer as soon as possible. To achieve that we need a valid/accessible email address assigned to the registrant's (you/homestead).

In order to comply with their request I require an amendment or update to the registrant email address for www.crowesbar.com from noreply@data-protected.net to seanoneillgalway@gmail.com so that they can complete a domain transfer via transfers@names.co.uk
What do I need to do to make this happen please ?

I look forward to hearing from you.

OK, no problem. If you log in to homestead.com, go under the Domains tab and, under the domain you are working on, you will see "Edit Contact Info". That is where you will be able to change the email. The domain tab is also where you would go to unlock the domain, remove domain privacy, and email the authorization code once that email is updated.

Thank you Elyzabeth . It already has my email listed there .
Am I correct in thinking that when he checked it here - https://www.whois.com/whois/crowesbar.com

and saw noreply@data-protected.net as the email address that is to protect my privacy by not showing my actual e-mail address publically ?

Thank you
