Problem: The email manager says we have no email boxes. However, email can be sent to the address email@example.com and is forwarded to our former site administrator. She is frustrated with getting this mail. We would like to either change the forwarding address on this email or delete the address entirely. Can you help us?
By the way, there is no "Email" menu item beneath the "Domain" menu item in our Account, so I cannot edit it.
