I did what you said and verified my e-mail address! I am not getting a verification e-mail from homestead! Get my sight up immediately!!! You sent me an e-mail to my correct e-mail address! You can see that it's correct in my contact info under "domain manager; edit contact info"! I verified it! DONE! Fix this!!!

I'm still waiting on a reply to my problem! My website is still down and I've followed the instructions provided by "Mike F.". You are costing me business.

I can see that we did send the email to a comcast email address. Check your junk or spam folders for the email.

I just sent the email again.

looking and don't have anything in any of my folders. Just e-mails saying you replied to this post and confirming my homestead community info....NOTHING pertaining to the verification e-mail I'm supposed to receive upon verifying my domain contact information. I have done this many times! Not a single e-mail verifying it or allowing me to click a link and finish the process to restore access to my website!

All you do is tell people to follow the instructions above! Why is this not working? It's a simple procedure, but the verification e-mails are not being sent to my comcast account. If they're being sent to that "insightbb" crap account again, you need to change that! I DO NOT use that email! or the e-mail account that comes with the site! All references to my contact information show my comcast account as the primary e-mail account. Where's the verification e-mail???

That is where we have sent the email, to the Comcast account.
I don't expect you to post personal information on the Community, but perhaps we need to verify that there is not a typo in the email address. You are welcome to give us a call if you wish at 800-710-1998. Or there's a possibility that your spam filter. If your email program or Comcast has a whitelist feature, can you add this address to the whitelist: hostmaster@hs-support.homestead-inc.com
Then we can resend the email again.
