my site builder is not functioning properly. How do I delete it and reload so hopefully it will work

Will not delete pages (three pages all the same) won't let me add text where I want to. wouldn't allow me to upload a new page.

Hi Valery3907, I may need you to clarify your problem. I took a look at your account and you do not have any duplicate pages. Also, your hosting plan is limited to 3 pages, so if you want to publish 4 or more pages there's an upgrade you can add to your account for $2 per month which gives you 10 extra pages.
