My email keeps timing out.

All morning, emails have been slow especially uploading attachments of any size. For the last hour they are just timing out, and now getting notes cannot connect to server. Then we go back to being extremely slow again.

It's completely useless when 'cannot connect to server'. Also getting error codes at times.

Now the error code reads: an unknown error (mail.TRY AGAIN) has occurred.

This needs to be fixed. Email is an integral part of day to day operations in a business.

I've never been so frustrated with a company till now. Homestead needs to fix this asap. How do they expect people to keep them when this keeps happening. We are now in the process of switching email providers.

You don't have back up servers? You don't have a maintenance plan in case one of your servers goes down? Your kidding me right? Again a canned response.

Our money is taken every month, but I'm starting to question where it goes, since after months of email problem after email problem, management and equipment has not been put into place to resolve this.

There are actually backup systems in place. But I understand you have a valid concern. Upgrading our email system is very high on our list of priorities. There is some delay in our ability to release new products and features due to the transition from Intuit, but I think everyone will be pleasantly surprised at the changes coming later this year and next year.

Sorry for the inconvenience with the email. Our admins are working on the problem and hope to have it fixed soon. We currently do not have an ETA but will post updates to the Announcement page as soon as we have more information.
