Also, I'm getting errors occasionally that indicated that I've been logged in too long even though only a few minutes (sometimes less than one minute) have passed since I logged in.
email folders missing.
all my folders I created are missing from my email account. I would like them back, please!
Also, when I log in there is also a number listed which I would like removed. I am not sure why that appears.
They changed the email provider and all the saved files are gone Ideas?.
What happened to all my saved email and thier folders?.
I have/had several saved folders in my "saved" section and now I can not find them. Just where in the heck are they, and how do i access them? They have very important information I need to retrieve.
With the newest update of email I don't have a sent folder anymore. I have my old one but emails I have sent since the upgrade to email have not been saved anywhere. This is becoming a big issue. Please help.

Locating email folders in the new OpenXchange email platform.
I really need help. It has taken me a long time to get used to this new email interface. I cannot find any of my old folders that I had in the old interface. The only folders I can see on the left are Drafts, Inbox, Sent Objects, Spam and Trash. Where are all the folders that had all of the emails from my family, friends, business contacts, I had tons of them. I went to do my taxes the other day and was looking for the folder I had saved all my correspondence for years, and it is no where to be found. Did those all get deleted somehow?

Gonna encourage our organization to switch platforms.....hopefully we can get the money back we just had to pay for another year....and have had 2 changes in services already!
I tried to export but all i get is 500 address that say unknown name??

The new email platform hasn't transferred any of my stored messages from the old platform..
None of my stored messages have transferred over.
Here is all I can say at this point....I have been receiving the same emails 2 and 3 times...I now have 183 emails in the last 30 minutes....they are very old ones to new ones.
I am wondering if I log into my email via the www....will I still have access to ALL my emails and ALL contacts and ALL folders and subfolders and ALL calendar events?? I hope for your sake I do....I am in the middle of 2 law suits for clients and all info is in these folders and subfolders and all events, court dates, etc not to mention all my contacts. So please let me know what I can expect while I go and try to get my emails set back up on my smart phones and ipad. I hope your spreadsheet of my contacts and such will import into outlook, since none of mine have and I have had to go in and manually erase over 3 contacts for each person...some had 5 for some strange reason.I have outlook 2010 if that means anything
Huge email problems! I cannot view/open any stored emails because of constant freezing.
I really would like to see the old email back. I have had many issues with these new upgrades. I try to look into my emails from the past and they are not even displayed, please overhaul this system!!!
#1, email is "temporarily unavailable". When will it be available again?
#2, this whole transition has been extremely poorly communicated. From your Dec. 30 email, which was sent to my Gmail account, not my Zimbra account, you made it sound like the transition to the new email would be seamless: "Continue to send and receive email as normal. We'll send you another email with more information once we've upgraded your mailboxes." Obviously, it isn't turning out that way. I don't understand why you would not want to manage your customers' expectations. That means, as soon as you discover a problem, you should communicate it. You would be dealing with a lot fewer disgruntled people at this time, had we known what was happening and what to expect. It's really basic customer service.
#3, at this moment, I am without my mailing list of nearly 3,000 people, which it took many years to build. Until I see it, I consider this list to be lost. Do you realize how huge a problem this is for a small business? In your Dec. 30 email you said, "While we are discontinuing mailing lists, we recognize you may need a record of your list(s). Once we have upgraded all of your mailboxes, we will send you an email with your mailing list(s) attached as a spreadsheet." This makes no sense. Since we are expected to start using an email marketing provider, why didn't you just email these lists to us before the transition? Furthermore, because you sent your Dec. 30 email to my Gmail account, I also expected you to send my spreadsheet to that address. I haven't received anything, so imagine my surprise when I went to send my monthly email tonight, and found all of my lists deleted. Why make me wait for weeks for you guys to set up a replacement email system that can't even handle mailing lists in the first place? Logic seems to have eluded you. I would have happily set up an account with EmailBrain tonight, had I had lists to work with. Hell, if I would have known there would be a lag like this, I would have copied and pasted all 3,000 addresses into my own spreadsheet a month ago.
#4, I've been a loyal customer for 14 years, and after a long period of improvements, have noticed a decline in smart decisions and usability. It seems like Homestead is an ugly step-child that you are doing the minimum for to keep afloat. It's become increasingly clunky. This may be the last straw.
It would be really great if you would send my spreadsheet of 3,000 email addresses to my Gmail account ASAP. Lacking that, hurry up and get the new email functioning. And while you're at it, start communicating with the people who are paying your salary.
Some emails are not even going to my homestead email they are just appearing in my outlook?
Folders are not syncing....I can make changes in my outlook and they dont change in homestead?
I still can not delete anything from my outlook email only can delete from homestead.
I add important emails to folders in my outlook but they dont appear in homestead?
Im afraid to delete anything as I might lose important information?
I been on the phone with you 2 different times and things keep getting worse??
You idea of a fix was to have my homestead email sent to my outlook.....thats do to the fact the your homestead email dont work right....really now??
I need the 2 accounts in sync or it does not even pay for me to use my outlook with this account.
and yes my outlook works correctly...I have no issues with it regarding my home email account....it this open exchange crap thats been a nightmare!!!!
