Oh no! I'm so sorry that happened! It does depend on when the files were deleted. When did this happen?

I don't know exactly - but I would say within the last two weeks for sure, but it could be less

I see. I am so sorry to say that no, we wouldn't be able to recover those files. We do a backup on Saturday night/Sunday. The only information we would have is whatever was there over the weekend. I hate to have to deliver that news, but if you are rebuilding your site, I would recommend rebuilding it in Website Builder. It has a Save History, unlike Sitebuilder, so if anything is ever accidentally deleted we could just go back through the save history to recover it. Additionally, it is a much more modern builder. It has dropdown menus, a mobile builder and just a really updated look. If you go under Websites Manager and click Add New Website, it will automatically be created in that new builder.

Although I am not happy about the result, I do appreciate your information regarding the situation. I will be rebuilding the site, and will take your advice. Thanks much for your help.
