My website does seem to be active. Can you look into this as nobody cannot see or access the site, It says it is not available on either and

Your domains are on client hold. You will need to update the email address on file for the domain. Log in to your Homestead account, go into the Domains tab, and click "Edit Contact Info"
Update the email address on file to one you can check, and then check that email. You will receive an email to verify that change. Once you do that for both domains, your site will work.
