My website is not on line!!!!!!

I started working on my website today. I wanted to change the templet. Now I dont have anything online. I don't have my photos, logos, NOTHING!! Where did it GO????

You will lose your site if you change the template.

Perhaps Drew will have a recovery solution. Be patient. He'll chime in eventually.
note: If he's able to recover the old Template with your work in tact, you'll still be bound to that same template.

NOW, I CAN'T GET A PHOTO FROM MY CO0MPUTER INTO THE SITEBUILDER ON THE NEW TEMPLATE!!!!

Typically there is a $50 restore fee, but I can do it for you and waive the fee, this time.

Thanks Drew. We have cancelled our Homestead account.  The customer service is appalling. We have built another website and have now saved $700. over 3 years. When we purchased your  website building program it was at the very beginning of Homestead in about 2001. When Intuit bought Homestead many things changed, NOT for the best. Obviously bigger is not better.
